We offer several options to make billing and payments as easy and convenient as possible. You can make payments over the phone, online through Montefiore MyChart, in person at the center or via mail.
Pay Bills Online
Through Montefiore Einstein’s patient payment portal, you will have access to your account 24 hours a day, seven days a week to pay your bill, view your account balances, update insurance information and obtain answers to your questions. In addition, Montefiore Einstein’s patient payment portal contains useful information to help you understand your bills and our billing policies and to apply for financial aid, among other options.
Pay by Phone Self Service
To make a payment by phone, please use our automated payment service, which is available 24/7. Call us at 914-709-3911 and choose the correct prompt. Have your credit/debit card and most recent statement ready for easy payment.
Pay in Person
For rehab therapy services, pay at the front desk on the first floor. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
For medical services, please pay at the front desk on either the second or third floor. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Pay by Mail
Please make your check payable to Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care. Make sure you include the patient’s name and date of birth, or their Montefiore Einstein patient account number, on the check.
