Our dedicated team will work with you to explore all available financial solutions, including assistance programs, insurance options and convenient payment plans.

Montefiore Einstein has consistently been at the forefront in establishing model programs for financial assistance for our patients who need help. Ours was one of the first medical centers in New York State to voluntarily establish its own financial assistance programs. Our current Program, which includes a multilingual information and counseling component, has been applauded by numerous organizations for its excellence, including the Legal Aid Society, which awarded our Program excellent ratings.

With the help of our staff, patients are discovering financial solutions, such as free or low-cost insurance and government programs specifically designed to lower healthcare costs. If you do not have insurance, our staff will assist you with determining your eligibility for free or low-cost insurance, as well as government assistance.

Please be mindful these plans have constant changes and updates. Contact your individual health plan to verify that Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care and its employed providers are participating in your health plan’s network.

We offer several options to make billing and payments as easy and convenient as possible. You can make payments over the phone, online through Montefiore MyChart, in person at the center or via mail.
