Montefiore Einstein General Orthopedics brings together research, innovation and expertise to diagnose and manage new and long-standing musculoskeletal conditions.

Musculoskeletal injuries and ailments can be very common. While such conditions frequently resolve on their own, some can be more sudden in onset, cause severe pain or otherwise be concerning. Our goal is to help patients effectively navigate their unique medical needs.

We emphasize nonoperative strategies that can best facilitate a patient’s recovery and help them transition to a healthier lifestyle. Our goal is to address not just the current condition but also help prevent the development of future symptoms and conditions through nutrition counseling, exercise suggestions, lifestyle modifications and the use of medicine when appropriate.

We routinely work with other specialists, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, physiatrists and pain management specialists, to help improve the symptoms and function of our patients, allowing them to resume their normal activities as soon as possible.
