The Montefiore Einstein facial plastic and reconstructive surgeons are fellowship-trained and provide the latest in minimally invasive and surgical techniques to satisfy the most advanced cosmetic and reconstructive needs of our patients. We specialize in functional and cosmetic septorhinoplasty (primary and revision), reconstruction of skin defects (following Mohs surgery), facial paralysis, eyelid ptosis (drooping eyelid that affects vision), and hypertrophic scar and keloid management. We also provide personalized consultation and treatment plans for patients with aesthetic concerns, such as wrinkles, jowling, and skin laxity. Cosmetic procedures include injectables (neurotoxins and fillers), face-lift, neck-lift, blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid lift), brow-lift, and cheek and chin implants. We also treat the consequences of facial nerve disorders and specialize in gender affirming facial surgery.

Our fellowship-trained head and neck surgeons provide exceptional surgical treatment for head, neck and skin cancers; thyroid and parathyroid disorders; and conditions of the salivary glands. Advanced techniques in robotic surgery, endoscopic larynx surgery and microvascular reconstructive surgery ensure every patient receives individualized precision care. Our specialists take a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working closely, if necessary, with radiation and medical oncologists, oral and plastic surgeons, speech-swallow pathologists, nutritionists and other providers to meet all of our patient’s needs.

Montefiore Einstein rhinologists provide expert care and state-of-the-art treatment for patients with a variety of nasal, sinus and skull-base disorders, including, but not limited to, nasal obstruction; rhinosinusitis (sinus infections); nasal polyps; and benign and malignant tumors of the skull base and sinonasal cavities. While many sinus and nasal procedures can be performed in-office, we also utilize advanced endoscopic techniques for surgical treatment of the sinuses, skull base, and pituitary gland.

Our otology/neurotology subspecialty-certified physicians work within a multidisciplinary team to provide ongoing, cutting-edge treatment, surgery and follow-up for patients with ear canal, middle ear, inner ear, mastoid and lateral skull base disorders. We are experts in treating complications related to chronic infection, inflammation and prior surgical interventions. Some of the conditions we treat include (but are not limited to) vestibular schwannoma/acoustic neuroma, hearing restoration procedures and cochlear implantation, facial nerve tumors and injury, ear canal masses and cholesteatoma, otosclerosis and Ménière's disease.

The Montefiore/Einstein sleep surgery team provides the latest and most innovative treatment options for patients who suffer from obstructive sleep apnea. We work with our colleagues in the Sleep department in implementing all treatment options for patients with sleep disorders. This includes non-invasive treatments such as continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP), oral appliances, sleep hygiene and therapy as well as surgical options including, but not limited to the hypoglossal nerve stimulator (INSPIRE procedure). We help coordinate the plan and care of our patients from initial consult to diagnostic studies, including a sleep study, to treatment plan.
