Nutrition Classes
Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care–Westchester provides free in-person nutrition classes that are open to the community and are run by a registered dietitian nutritionist. Class topics include heart health, diabetes prevention, healthy weight loss, and fighting inflammation with food.
Montefiore Einstein Advanced Care–Westchester patients can also request individual nutrition consultations.
